Shipping policy
We highly encourage our Customers to use Canada Post Expedited rate shipping with complimentary liability insurance as our items are extremely Precious and Breakable. It is our responsibility and we will do our best to secure your package as safely as possible. Cut off time for orders to be shipped out on Tuesday is 8 pm CST Monday. Cut-off time for orders shipped out on Thursdays is 8 pm CST Wednesdays.
If you choose to go with our REGULAR MAIL shipping option for a $4.00 flat rate, you AGREE that Gaia’s Designs is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route to your specified delivery location. These rates are not tracked so you will not receive any tracking numbers or guaranteed date of delivery.
Only applicable to orders with this shipping method only.
You will not be eligible for a refund if Regular Mail is found to be the shipping method and your package was destroyed, lost, or contaminated by any means. We reserve the right to decline any order. These terms are effective immediately.
Expedited Parcels
Any tracking concerns or shipping problems will be brought up with Canada Post if you have chosen the Expedited Ship Rate. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR SHIPPED PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY. Please have your order confirmation and/or shipping number attached.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We have set pre-determined shipping days on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped via your preferred contact method determined at checkout.

We currently offer a $4.00 flat rate Regular Mail Shipping across Canada for packages weighing under 100g and under 2cm in depth. You agree that Gaias Designs is NOT responsible for items destroyed, lost or stolen when choosing this rate. We Reserve All rights.
We currently offer a $15.00 flat rate Expedited Parcel Shipping across Canada for packages weighing over 100g and priced under $75.00 in total, with complimentary Liability Coverage provided by Canada Post.
For Any Order Over $75.00 placed in Canada for Canadian Shipping, we offer Free Shipping on Expedited Shipping Rates and a complimentary Small Gift with purchase.
USA Domestic Rates and Estimates
We currently offer a $10.00 flat rate Small Packet USA -Air Shipping across the USA for packages weighing under 100g. You agree that Gaias Designs is NOT responsible for items destroyed, lost, or stolen when choosing this rate. We Reserve All Rights.
We currently offer an $18.00 flat rate Tracked Parcel Shipping across the USA for packages weighing over 100g and priced under $100.00 in total, with complimentary Liability Coverage provided by Canada Post.
We currently offer a $20.00 flat rate Expedited Parcel Shipping across the USA for packages weighing over 100g and priced under $100.00 in total, with complimentary Liability Coverage provided by Canada Post.
For Orders over $100.00 placed in the USA for Shipment to the USA, we offer Free Shipping on Expedited Shipping Rates and a complimentary Small gift with Purchase.
Local delivery WITHIN 25KM
Local delivery is available for orders over $25.00 within The City of Saskatoon For a $9.00 Flat Rate to cover delivery costs.
Deliveries are only made from 2 pm thru 9 pm Tuesdays through Thursdays unless otherwise specified on our social media. All Deliveries are subject to cancellation, rescheduling due to weather restrictions if applicable. We will contact you to notify you on the day of our arrival. You may contact us through email if your desired day is not available we can work with you.
