Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return ON EXPEDITED PACKAGES ONLY--
If you chose the $5.00 Flate Rate Shipping for Canada or the $10.00 Flat rate shipping method for the US you are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item has to be Shipped in an Expedited Parcel with the tracking number and has no reason to be damaged or lost with a current tracking number. We highly encourage our Customers to use Canada Post Expedited rate shipping with complimentary liability insurance as our items are extremely Precious and Breakable. It is our responsibility and we will do our best to secure your package as safely as possible regardless of the shipment method chosen.
Be Advised that if you chose the $5.00CAN or $10.00USD flat rate shipment option you are not eligible for a refund due to the fact that You Agree we did not provide a tracking number or guaranteed shipment date provided by Canada Post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the shipping option chosen at checkout. You may contact us directly at gaiasdesignssk@gmail.com to let us know if any shipment has gone wrong, or misplaced. We can work with you as best we can to assist you.
To start a return, you can contact us at gaiasdesignssk@gmail.com in an email that has (1) A Photograph of the item, (2) A brief description of the issue, and (3) an attached receipt of purchase.
If your return is accepted, and we are aware of the item, you can send it back through the shipping method used, returned it to our address provided in the correspondence. You may be eligible for the return shipping to be covered depending on the issue you provided in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. --Unless you chose the $5.00 Flate Rate Shipping for Canada or the $10.00 Flat rate shipping method for the US.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically Earrings due to the delicate hygienic nature of this product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Custom Orders, Clearance and Sale items and/or gift cards. If you received a Damaged Clearance item etc, Please Contact us Directly
Exchanges
